WE, the Officers, and Members of the
Holy Mount Zion Temple of Deliverance Church of God In Christ, by
the Will of God and the approval of the Bishop, petition that this,
the Holy Mount Zion Temple of Deliverance Church of God In Christ,
be incorporated and dedicated in and for the denomination of the:
CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST, INC., whose
headquarters is located:
938 Mason Street, Memphis, Tennessee
WE pray that those who are present, Church Officials, and
Friends, support our effort so that we may-in this community gain
souls, construct live, serve the people, and build a Church for
Christ. WE, the undersigned,
have agreed this day that our request for this Church, Holy Mount
Zion Temple of Deliverance Church of God In Christ, to be
incorporated and dedicated in and for the denomination of the CHURCH
OF GOD IN CHRIST, INC. be granted by all in authority by the help of
